§1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ef777 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, and services operated under the ef777 brand. This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ef777 ("we," "us," "the Platform").

By completing the ef777 registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using ef777 and close your account.

§2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an ef777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ef777 enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ef777 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing ef777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be self-excluded from ef777 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.

ef777 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

§3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one ef777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ef777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your preferred PKR payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, etc.).

ef777 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

§4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ef777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.

ef777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ef777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify ef777 without delay if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ef777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

§5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances on ef777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ef777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers processed in real time.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet transfers processed in real time.
• Raast — instant interbank payment transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system.
• HBL / UBL — direct bank transfers from HBL and UBL accounts.
• Meezan Bank — direct bank transfers from Meezan Bank accounts.
• 1LINK — ATM and internet banking transfers via the 1LINK network.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the ef777 cashier at the time of transaction. ef777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. ef777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited into your ef777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and will trigger a full account review.

§6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified ef777 account holders. Verification requires the submission of at least one government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is directed.

ef777 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Typical processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Usually within 15 minutes of approval.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Within 1–3 business hours during working days.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Within 1 business day.

ef777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. During such reviews, withdrawals may be temporarily held for up to 5 business days. ef777 will notify the affected player by email if such a review is initiated.

Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ef777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

§7 Bonuses & Promotions

ef777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all ef777 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
• ef777 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• ef777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already accepted the bonus in good faith are not adversely affected.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus scalping, arbitrage betting, and collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

§8 Gaming Rules

By placing any wager on ef777, you acknowledge and agree to the following gaming rules:

• All casino games on ef777 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. The results of all games are determined solely by these certified systems.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, basketball, and all other sports available on ef777 — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body of that sport.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by ef777's servers shall be the final and definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes.

§9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ef777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one ef777 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over ef777 or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.

§12 Limitation of Liability

ef777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ef777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§13 Privacy

ef777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an ef777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ef777 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

§14 Amendments to These Terms
